This Privacy Policy explains how VitalSync Pro handles your information and what responsibilities belong to you as the user.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
By default, VitalSync Pro does not collect, upload, transmit, or store your personal health information on developer-controlled servers.
The Application is designed to operate locally on your device.
Health records, measurements, notes, medications, appointments, and other information you enter are stored locally on your device.
Unless you explicitly enable optional cloud synchronization in the future, your data remains on your device.
Future versions of VitalSync Pro may offer optional cloud synchronization or backup services.
These services will always require your explicit consent before any data is transmitted.
Using the Application does not automatically enable cloud storage.
VitalSync Pro does not sell, rent, or share your personal health information with third parties.
Your data belongs to you.
Because your information is stored on your own device, protecting that device is your responsibility.

Thank you for trusting VitalSync Pro with your personal health records.
VitalSync Pro currently supports optional local backups and optional Google Drive backups. A Google Drive backup is created or restored only when you choose to use that feature and authorize the required Google account access. The developer does not operate a server that automatically receives your personal health records.
VitalSync Pro can offer an optional app lock using a PIN or password and supported Android biometric authentication. Biometric templates are handled by the Android operating system; the Application does not store fingerprint or facial biometric templates. Security credentials and recovery information are device-local and are excluded from application backups.
Depending on the features you choose, the Application may request permissions for notifications, physical activity recognition, location, or related device capabilities. Permissions are requested to provide the selected feature and can be managed through Android settings. Location and activity features are not a medical monitoring or emergency service.
